Responsibilities
• Own all aspects of the Legal Team calendars• Schedule and accept meetings and conference calls• Proactively anticipate Legal Team needs• Review, prepare, proofread, and/or edit communications and correspondence• Accurately compile meeting materials• Plan and organize off-site meetings• Prepare presentations, reports, organizational charts, and meeting minutes• Perform various administrative duties• Lead initiatives related to matter management• Manage the Legal Team's records• Assist in the maintenance of Company-wide contracts• Organize and maintain corporate minute books and files
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent communication and writing skills• Proficient in document management• Familiarity with contract management software• Ability to maintain and organize records• Attention to detail and accuracy
