Greco is looking for a Leasing Director in Waconia! Who are we? This position is an onsite role in Waconia, MN. The Otto is a class Class A + luxury apartment building. The total unit count is 163 (studios, one beds, two beds, three beds).
Responsibilities: Works hand-in-hand with Property Manager(s) to ensure leasing goals of property are achieved through leasing and renewal retention. Respond to leads Provides tours of apartment and community to potential residents for purpose of leasing apartments. Discusses with potential residents the advantages of leasing at the property. Closing the sale Screens rental applications and qualifies potential residents. Negotiate rates and terms for leases as needed within budgeted parameters. Proposes pricing adjustments as needed by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Creates strong working relationship with referring partners (locators, realtors, corporate housing companies, relocation companies). Responsible for reviewing the leasing files to ensure accuracy. Submits commission reports monthly in a timely manner. Complies with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances. Attend weekly leasing meeting and monthly marketing meeting. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications :
Required:
2 years of experience in sales or sales management role 2 year college degree Must have a strong sales background with a solid history of meeting and exceeding sales goals Must be competitive and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic. Demonstrated success with negotiating sales Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Must be attentive to detail and adhere to company standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Weekend availability Preferred:
Bachelor's degree Leasing, marketing, and/or property management experience Knowledge of the Waconia real estate market Greco Properties is an equal opportunity employer.
