Responsibilities
• Showcasing properties to prospective tenants• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with tenants• Skillfully negotiating leasing terms and finalizing agreements• Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure move-in ready properties• Conducting move-in inspection and photos for all properties• Spearheading marketing initiatives to promote properties• Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns• Crafting compelling advertisements for properties• Developing competitive pricing strategies for properties• Providing insightful advice to landlords with weekly updates
Requirements
• High School Diploma required; Real Estate license required• 1-3 years of leasing or real estate experience• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation• Willingness to work weekends as necessary• Reliable transportation to travel between properties
