Leasing Consultant
Olen is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for our luxury multi-family residential community located in Gilbert, AZ. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with 2+ years of leasing experience in the residential property management field. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for performing all the duties associated with the leasing of vacant units on the property to help ensure a high occupancy rate and assisting in the customer service and retention of current residents. This position requires an individual with good organizational skills, who can prioritize multiple tasks and enjoys working with people in an energetic atmosphere.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property and property amenities.
Utilizes MRI & Lead Management software for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, rental, intents to vacate notices, move-ins, and move-outs.
Identifies qualified leads through referrals, networking, and outreach marking efforts.
Participates in social media marketing to obtain traffic and assist with brand management.
Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
Processes rental applications, verifies all information on rental applications, and obtains all necessary verifications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.
Assists in initiating service requests.
Helps plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
*Other duties may be assigned in support of property goals
Qualifications:
2+ years of residential leasing experience required.
Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
Experience with MRI & Lead Management a plus.
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
Able to work weekends.
