Key Responsibilities: Provide property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of our apartment homes. Effectively communicate leasing terms, rental rates, and promotional offers to secure lease agreements. Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents. Respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns to ensure resident satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files, ensuring compliance with lease terms. Assist with the completion of lease agreements, applications, and other necessary paperwork. Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities and resident interactions. Collaborate with the team members to develop and implement leasing strategies. Participate in community events and outreach efforts to attract prospective residents. Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Make recommendations for rental rate adjustments based on market conditions. Conduct inspections on units throughout the property for various reasons. Distribute notices, when needed, throughout the complex or properties. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus). Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Familiarity with property management software is an advantage. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
