If you are ready to work in a fun environment please move forward by applying today!Responsibilities:Serves as the front line face of 901 Real Estate Services for all incoming clients and prospective residentsProcess new leads and follow up on existing leadsShow prospective residents on a daily basisCoordinate collaborative property marketing efforts with the Marketing ManagerAssist in performing property inspections including but not limited to pre-move-out/transfer, post-move-out, and pre-move-in quality control inspectionsQualifications:Leasing/Property Management experience is preferredSales background is preferredExperience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing ServicePossesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlinesKnowledge of Google Chrome and using Google SearchIntermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelMust be quick in all leasing aspects as this is a fast-moving positionAbout Company:901 Real Estate Services is a full-service boutique-style real estate company.
