This position is for a full time Leasing Agent I / COS to to work at Kenolio Apartments, a 186-unit family housing community in Kihei, HI. This is a tax credit, Section 8 property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $19.00 - $27.55 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.00 - $23.28 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

The Leasing Agent is also responsible for providing resident relations services.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in Developing and implementing marketing plan and creation of advertisementsProvides Property Tours, Shows Model UnitLogs all Traffic, completes Follow-up, Processes Rental Application and Prepares LeaseCollects Deposit, Conducts Unit InspectionConducts Market Survey of CompetitionParticipates in Property Inspections, Move in/Move out, Aids Residents with move out processParticipates in re-certification process QUALIFICATIONS 1+ Year of Related Apartment Leasing Experience/COS experienceMS Office knowledge and Intermediate SkillsKnowledge of Affordable Housing CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. Once you have receive such an offer, you will be required to submit and pass our criminal background requirements. Please be advised that certain roles may also require fingerprinting due to legal requirements.  If onsite housing is a requirement of the position, any household members over 18 years of age who will be living onsite with the candidate must also undergo a criminal background check and tenant screening.  Satisfactory completion of background check and fingerprinting requirements is a requirement of employment with EAH.
