Title: Learning and Development Specialist 
Location: Devens, MA 
Duration: 6+ month contract 
Must Haves BS Degree  Operations/Manufacturing Experience  Master Control Training Module Experience  
- J Reports experience (audits, troubleshooting) Troubleshooting experience Ideal if they have any plant training or learing and development exp.  Responsibilities:  Assist with Plant training dev and/or delivery  Performing SOP updates OJT creation and or updates  Conduct effective training (Willingness to explain in different ways to individuals) Prioritizing multi-issues General troubleshooting (MasterControl)
