As a Learning Development Manager at EQPD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our educational programs and initiatives. You will lead project management efforts, oversee curriculum development, and spearhead professional development opportunities for K-12 educators and tutors. Position Details Title : Learning Development Manager Location : Primarily virtual Salary : $58,000 per year Benefits : Competitive benefits package, generous time-off package, and flexibility Employment Type : Full-time Responsibilities: 1) Project Management Serve as a project manager for programs and pilots, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with EQPD's mission and strategic goals. Juggle multiple projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project milestones and objectives. Work closely with the operations team to establish and maintain curriculum access and reporting processes. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants to support program success. 2) Programming, Training, and Professional Development Lead the charge in managing, developing, and refining our math programs, keeping them fresh, relevant, and aligned with educational standards. Coordinate with content experts to curate new content and training as needed.  Oversee Professional Development offerings, including managing CEU applications and providing customer support to educators. Create and implement engaging training programs for K-12 educators and tutors that empower them to excel in their instruction. Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and the EQPD framework, working closely with educators and tutors to facilitate proper enrollment processes. Collaborate with the Director of Learning and Development to assess development needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training and program offerings. 3) Additional Duties Connect with educators, tutors, and stakeholders to build partnerships and amplify our impact. Embrace the startup spirit and enthusiastically tackle new challenges. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field; Math experience is a plus! Minimum of 2 years experience in K-12 education, program or project management.  A passion for curriculum development, and educational innovation. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, primarily virtual, startup environment. Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
