OVERVIEW: As we look ahead to the next 35 years and beyond, YF is making critical investments

is a critical juncture in our organization's history; the Integrator will play a pivotal role in establishing
and executing the strategies needed to activate the Leadership Frontiers programming and amplify
the impact of our mission for generations to come.
The Leadership Frontiers Integrator is responsible for executing the long-term strategic plan for
Leadership Frontiers in partnership with the CEO and President. The Integrator will be directly
responsible for managing the continued development of the operational processes and supporting
the execution of Leadership Frontiers programming. This position plays a pivotal role in the success
of YF both now and in the future, and successful candidates will have significant growth
opportunities with the organization. POSITION CLASSIFICATION:  FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt Work Schedule: 12-month, Full Time, M-F Location: In-Office Basis of Pay: Salary Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year Department: Community/Educator Programs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  Sale Generation In partnership with the President, oversee the development of a sustainable revenue positive operational model and integration into the broader organizational functions. In collaboration with the CEO, lead all phases of the client acquisition efforts for Geometry of a Leader, Parent Academy, and community keynotes from identification/qualification through solicitation and completed sale.  Consistently utilize existing systems and processes to maintain records, document solicitation strategies and projections, etc. Program Delivery Coordination In partnership with the Marketing Team, create a comprehensive marketing plan thatincludes the development of thought leadership content to distribute on various platforms, including podcasts and print publications.  Create a staffing model for Leadership Frontiers, including recruiting, hiring, and managing needed staff members for a successful team. Organizational Integration Serve as a member of the leadership team, playing a pivotal role in mentoring and activating employees to help achieve our mission goals. Establish a Leadership Frontiers advisory committee to serve on our Mission Advisory Council. Participate in developing YF's next long-term fundraising campaign, including securing 7-10 Leadership Frontiers-specific donors for our legacy endowment. Document existing and recommended processes for logistics, staffing, program delivery, and customer coordination for all Leadership Frontiers programming. Integrate Leadership program documentation with existing processes for other Youth Frontiers product offerings. to ensure consistency between product offerings organization wide. Content Development Establish an evaluation model to assess and guide program development and improvement.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 5-7 years experience in program or project management preferred.   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.   Experience with CRM database, preferably Salesforce. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to work with diverse individuals.  Mac Experience with essential software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.  Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to set and meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
