Responsible for outreach and promotion of MVP lines of business to individuals and community groups from target market. Supervise diverse team of Outreach Representatives and Individual Product Advisors. Responsible for overseeing Outreach and promotion of the Plan's Medicaid, Child Health Plus (CHP), Essential Plan (EP), HARP, On-Exchange Qualified Health Plans (QHP), Off-Exchange Plans, and Medicare Advantage plans to individuals at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), medical provider offices, Community Based Organizations (CBOs), WIC Centers, churches, and schools. Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings with staff. Complete outreach site schedule and ensure it is updated and entered into Bookings scheduling program on a timely basis. Facilitate and participate in all meetings scheduled for the Retail Outreach team. Track and interpret membership enrollment and engagement data in CRM (Dynamics 365) for assigned territories. On a regular basis, review electronic applications in CRM (Dynamics 365) to ensure the integrity and quality of the enrollment process. Communicate with Leader, Field Operations to identify Individual Product Advisors and Outreach Representatives who may require additional follow-up and other training. Understand enrollment process and ensure that all field staff is following the NYSOH & CMS guidelines, as well as all corporate enrollment processes (SMART). Conduct spot checks at outreach locations and events to ensure compliance with enrollment requirements. Lead enrollment process to ensure staff is meeting assigned enrollment goals. Complete monthly, quarterly, probationary, and annual staff performance appraisals. Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations & provider partners. Ensure enrollment sites compliance with NYSOH and MVP's guidelines. Provide Weekly & Monthly Field Outreach Reports to Leader, Field Operations. Develop and update additional reports as needed. Together with Leader, Field Operations, collaborate with Field Marketing to obtain and provide coverage for appropriate events. Nights and weekend flexibility is required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Remote; must live in Rochester or Utica (mileage reimbursed)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education/Experience:
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent; plus 8 years work experience, or BA plus 6 years' work experience
3 years of supervisory/leadership skills Required Skills: Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with multiple audiences including internal and external customers Self-motivated, organized problem solver with an ability to inspire, lead, and work in a team-based environment Understanding of ethnic/cultural differences Familiarity with service area and sensitivity to Government Programs target market Access to reliable transportation is required Physical Demands – some lifting/transporting of heavy materials up to 20 lbs. (brochures, equipment etc.) might be required Preferred skills: Experience in a Managed care retail setting NYSOH Marketplace facilitated enroller certification preferred (will need to be obtained within first 90 days of employment) NY Health Insurance License preferred (will need to be obtained within first 90 days of employment) Excellent presentation and communication skills Bilingual ability desirable (Spanish preferred) About MVP
