Lead Superintendent position for large ground-up commercial construction projects. Projects will include big-box retail, industrial, and distribution, which will have tilt-wall incorporated into the build.The project superintendent is responsible for the employment and supervision of job labor and job activities to assure job schedules are completed on time and within budget. The project superintendent maintains effective relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and others related to the job; assures safe working conditions; obtains necessary service and facilities for job start-up and demobilization; manages job-related equipment and job bought materials.
