Lead Superintendent

We are one of Atlanta's fast growing developers with a focus in multi-family developments in Georgia. We are looking to add a Lead Superintendent to a Wrap projects in Marietta. If you are a Lead with a recent focus building multi-family deals, please read on!
What you will do:
Current project is a 200+ unit Wrap in Marietta Most projects you will build are garden-style, podiums & wraps Multi-family ground up construction, new projects Lead ground/site crews What you need:
5+ years of Multi-family project experience 1 Project already as a Lead Superintendent start to finish High School diploma Benefits Competitive base ($155,000 - $170,000) + Bonus 401K Match Full Medical, Dental & Vision Auto, Cell & Laptop Disability, Life insurance 9 Paid Holidays, 15 PTO days Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
