Job Summary

The Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst reports into the VP, Creative, and will ensure our client's creative and experience work is completed to the highest standard - whether an advertisement, landing page, website, app, or other asset.

The Lead QA Analyst is responsible for quality assurance and testing of responsive emails, paid media ad formats, OLA, landing pages, website or app experiences, and advanced creative components such as rich media or animations. You'll not only heavily collaborate with creative, web development, and adjacent teams- you'll be the final check point in ensuring a bug-free, visually precise, content-complete experience. You will be successful in the role if you are detail-oriented and invested in delivering optimal marketing and experiences to end users. What You'll Do

60% Creative QA
Work with the creative team to ensure a smooth quality assurance process and incorporation of that process into delivery of client creative, whether in a pre-production or live environment
Align closely with the Project Management organization, through collaboration with the assigned Creative PM
Develop best practices around QA for the creative and adjacent teams
Review any creative deliverable to ensure that it has the right copy, imagery, functionality, sizes, usability, and visibility before it is handed off to the Account Team and Client, to ensure a 100% confidence work is delivered error free
Test content as needed in any applicable pre-launch / staging environments to ensure there is front end functionality
Provide feedback as necessary where design has errors or does not match with quality assurance
30% Website & Technical QA Work with the website development team to ensure a smooth quality assurance process and incorporation of that process into delivery of client creative, whether in a pre-production or live environment
Align closely with the Project Management organization, through collaboration with the assigned Technical PM
Develop best practices around QA for the web development and adjacent teams
Review any final rendering of website development work to ensure that it has the right copy, imagery, functionality, sizes, usability, and visibility before it is handed off to the Account Team and Client
Write and complete QA tests for web experiences, creation of specifications, QA plans, and execution of QA processes to ensure a 100% confidence work is delivered error free
Test content as needed in any applicable pre-launch / staging environments to ensure there is front end functionality
Provide feedback as necessary where experience has errors or does not match with quality assurance
5% Internal Marketing & Sales QA Lead QA of internal Night Market marketing and sales collateral, such as RFP responses, new customer proposals, or website content revisions
5% Internal Processes Build relationships with other departmental staff, focused on understanding needs along with opportunities for improving processes
Engage and educate staff on the value of QA and QA best practices
Become an active part of a team where growth, inclusiveness and culture are valued
Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. business, marketing, communications
5+ years of experience in marketing related quality assurance (QA)
At least 2 years in creative QA supporting design and copywriting
At least 2 years in website and technical QA supporting web development
A mindset for planning and organizing with clear processes / controls-An ability to juggle multiple assignments and take ownership of projects
A strong understanding and appreciation of collaboration with teams
Communication skills to solicit feedback and resolve content or structure issues collaboratively and proactively
Comfortable in a startup environment: hard working, resourceful, flexible, resilient, positive, able to handle imperfect information, real-time problem solving and rapid change
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Training and certification in some relevant types platforms mentioned above preferred
Willingness and desire to get trained and certified on additional platforms is required

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $140,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
