Overview:Verkada is looking for a driven, analytical Lead Product Manager to drive our Workplace product line. In this role, you will own the success of our business line and be the product owner to shape the product strategy and roadmap for one of our fastest-growing offerings across industries and geographies.Responsibilities:Partner with sales and marketing to understand the needs of key segments (e.g., healthcare systems, manufacturing plants, construction sites, and K-12 schools) and identify opportunities to improve our workplace productDefine the near and long-term roadmap for our Workplace product line, including new feature development, product expansion opportunities, and partnershipsPartner with Engineering and Design counterparts to guide development of new features and enhancementsDeliver product excellence with great product documentation including PRDs, user flows, roadmaps, and requirements and measure impact on key business metrics (growth, retention, NPS, and engagement)Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market plans and messaging for new product capabilitiesRepresent the voice of the customer and shape the product strategy to drive growth in the marketRequirements:6-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaSUndergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative field.
