Responsibilities Provide 5-Star customer service when installing new residential plumbing systems - no new construction or commercial work! Lead installations from start to finish following the plan established for the job and adjusting when necessary Work alongside a plumbing apprentice to assist with the daily jobs Offer the customer maintenance tips and advice for caring for their system Requirements 3 years plumbing experience required,  lead experience preferred Journeyman Plumbing License, 2nd year apprentices will still be considered Strong interpersonal communication skills Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen Valid U.S. Driver's License Benefits No On-Call schedule!
