Responsibilities
• Carry out job responsibilities in a safe manner• Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines• Support daily converting manufacturing asset performance to achieve objectives• Lead product or process improvement projects• Identify and problem solve complex technical issues• Develop knowledge and skills in engineering principles and project management• Assist in the development of others in the area of expertise• Support TM4 Asset Optimization team and other process areas within the UCTAD system
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment• Ability to work independently or as part of a team• Preferred expertise in tissue manufacturing• Experience working with external technical service providers• Continuing self-development• Familiarity with machine installations and startups
