Job Description SummaryProvides team leadership for manufacturing activities in support of high-mix low-volume aerospace component production operations. Responsible for Operational Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, managing teams including assembly technicians, product inspectors and material specialist. Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for execution of production metrics.
