Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 (and 20%) Total possible with bonus and salary $168k - $180K
NHH  is seeking a Maintenance Lead Supervisor for a global Consumer Packaging company for their one of their mills in Stevenson, Alabama which is about 45 minutes to 1 hour from Chattanooga, TN and Huntsville, AL. This is an onsite position, supervising 3-4 supervisors and an assistant superintendent and is a player/coach, hands-on mechanical engineering role with 'office and on-the-floor' responsibilities.
*There is a top-tier relocation package covering all related moving and housing expenses for this role* Job Functions Manage 4-6 direct reports in the maintenance, support and improvement of mill equipment. Ensure availability and reliability of machinery and equipment in an OSHA compliant environment. Effectively lead and mange individual and team performance. Manage budgets for assigned projects. Manage Shutdown Planning and Execution. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or High School Diploma or GED AND 5+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of Supervisor or Lead experience in Maintenance or Engineering (in a Manufacturing or Chemical company preferred). Experience with and ability to work in a 24/7 operation. Ability to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
