Manage the maintenance budget responsibly, reflecting our commitment to financial sustainability and efficiency.
Engage with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they align with our company's values and standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or extensive experience in the field, with a strong preference for specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Preferable if experienced in maintenance within the flexibles converting industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team with empathy and effectiveness.
Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and solution-oriented approaches.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and respect diverse viewpoints.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks with a positive and open mindset.
Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
