If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
High School Diploma or GED, required. AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred. North Carolina Early Childhood Credential or equivalent, required. Previous experience working in a licensed Childcare center, 2 years minimum preferred. Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation. Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
