Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead housekeeping staff• Train, mentor, and motivate team members• Inspect guest rooms and maintain cleanliness standards• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment• Handle guest requests and concerns• Collaborate with hotel management team• Perform quality control checks• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish• 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work weekends and holidays• Exceptional customer service skills• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques• Reliable and punctual
