JOB SUMMARYCresco Labs is seeking a Lead Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Lead Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The lead maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification. They will be tasked with directing other Facility Maintenance Technicians on proper procedures and repairs throughout the facility. Agent Support and Management:Responsible for managing maintenance staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.Serves as a role-model and resource for maintenance staff concerning maintenance processes, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.Responds to all maintenance questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.Responsible for delegating tasks to maintenance technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.Coordinates with department managers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of requests. CORE JOB DUTIES Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as neededTimely completion of work listsCheck HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine scheduleMaintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencingRepair mechanical equipment as directedKeep a log of maintenance performedElectrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as requiredHave keys to every area, marked and organized and be knowledgeable of the various keysPatrol building exterior for garbageMaintain Landscaping vendorSnow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)Maintain HVAC contractorMaintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractorsMaintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical suppliesMove equipment, tools or supplies between properties as requiredErrands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as requiredAssist in roof maintenance repair work as neededTouch up painting and dry-wall patching as neededMiscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solvingMonitor utility usage and be responsible for building energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation systemUse protective hearing, eye-wear and shoes when necessaryProperly mark store purchase receipts and submit packets bi-weeklyOther duties as necessaryREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS 2-4 years of industrial building maintenance preferredAbility to read machine prints and perform machine repairAn ability to work well under pressureHands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuitsRelevant technical knowledgeHVAC Certified (preferred)Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plusAbility to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.BENEFITSCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.
