Montereau of Tulsa, OK is seeking to hire a full-time Lead Concierge. This position will assure our Independent Living and Health Center entrance and concierge desk is managed in an efficient and professional manner by maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members. This position will also assist the Hospitality Director in providing a wide variety of administrative support to residents and staff, as well as providing support to the Independent Living and Health Center team.

You enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality customer service to anyone who walks in the door and always create a welcoming and friendly environment for our senior residents. You also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you must balance completing critical daily tasks in a timely manner, while also managing unexpected situations that occur at the desk.
During each shift, your morning will be spent greeting, assisting, and directing a high volume of residents, family members, guests, and staff, while also screening and routing incoming calls. You will ensure the safety of our residents by completing our daily resident check-in process and monitoring our emergency resident systems. Your afternoon will be spent away from the desk completing a wide variety of administrative duties and collaborating with our Hospitality Director in providing support to the Independent Living and Health Center Concierge team. Responsibilities include: providing new hire and task-specific team training, establishing and distributing standard operating procedures to the team, and maintaining fluid communications with the team to ensure the desk operates cohesively and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD CONCIERGE A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support position is required Previous experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting is preferred Ability to obtain Oklahoma Notary seal is required Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn new software systems Solid problem solving and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of quality customer management and service Strong verbal communication skills to effectively address issues and concerns with diverse populations while showing compassion and empathy Ability to effectively interact with a diverse leadership team, staff, residents, and third party associates, including vendors, providers, and visitors Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential communications and information, while maintaining a high level of poise, tact, and diplomacy Understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions and reviewing/preparing detailed reports and records Moderate use of arithmetic and performing calculations Planning own work activities Working independently or as a member of a team, and the ability to work with limited supervision Routinely working on multiple tasks at the same time, under moderate amounts of pressure for results, with frequently changing priorities and requirements for extreme accuracy Ability to deal with multiple and diverse personalities, continual interruptions, simultaneous and changing priorities, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor Ability to complete physical tasks typically performed as a Lead Concierge Are you self-motivated? WORK SCHEDULE This position will typically work Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Our concierge team works 365 days a year, so this position will be required to either work on a holiday or the employee must find coverage for their shift.
