Responsibilities
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals• Provide exceptional service to each guest• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Book appointments and support in-store events• Maintain cashwrap displays and supplies• Support teammates and serve internal and external guests• Stay informed about industry trends and products• Train new cashiers and cross-train other associates• Take leadership initiative and drive cashier accountability• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures• Maintain store standards and cleanliness• Execute operational tasks as directed
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling• Experience addressing guest concerns and exceeding sales goals• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
