GPAC is seeking a Full time School Based Administrator(LCPC, LCSW-C)to oversee their programs within Baltimore County school districts. We are searching for a fully licensed clinician preferably with supervisory experience to support our Director of School-Based services in a variety of ways including attainment and gathering of measurement data required for our program. Job description: Supporting the Director of School-Based Services by gathering measurement data required for the programs Acting as a floater to provide coverage at schools when the assigned therapist is unavailable Collaborating with school staff as per the agreement with the public school system Coordinating with the company's treatment team, including psychiatric rehabilitation staff and prescribers Maintaining meticulous records and creating reports on program efficacy using data from participating students and families Ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards, state regulations, CARF standards, professional ethics, and confidentiality protocols Providing treatment for mental health disorders using trauma-informed, client-centered approaches Demonstrating cultural competence in working with diverse client backgrounds What we ask of you: Licensure in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical What we can offer you : Competitive salary Medical, Dental, Vision and various supplemental insurance available Paid vacation, sick, holidays Paid days to attend outside trainings for CEU's 401K with matching after one year Individual supervision as needed, monthly group supervision No on-call time Satisfying and rewarding work To confidentially apply please call Noelle White @ ********
