Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of lawn care foreman and crew members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team cohesion and individual development.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity within the lawn care division, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular team meetings to facilitate open communication, address challenges, and celebrate successes.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team/owners to identify opportunities for business growth and enhance client relationships.

Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and other operational aspects of the lawn care division.

Own division finances and key performance indicators to help drive success on the team and the business unit.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations, and incorporate relevant knowledge into division operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience and a proven track record of leadership and team/people development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to exceed client expectations.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Experience in the lawn care industry a plus but not required

Additional certifications or training in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required.
