We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our business growth, requiring a customer-centric individual to manage our existing client base, identify upselling opportunities, secure new accounts, and liaise with our operations teams. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining client satisfaction and driving our business forward. Responsibilities Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service enhancement. Capitalize on upsell opportunities within current client accounts to enhance property aesthetics and functionality. Generate and integrate new client relationships through customer inquiries and various outreach methods. Collaborate with operational and field teams to define project scopes and prepare crews to meet client needs. Develop and implement strategies for maintaining long-term client relationships. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscaping to guide strategic planning. Provide expert advice on lawn care and landscape maintenance, emphasizing the value of our services. Work closely with service delivery teams to uphold the highest standards of service quality and meet client expectations. Qualifications Proven success in sales or account management, preferably in the lawn care or landscaping sector. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse clientele. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license with readiness to travel locally. Understanding of lawn care, landscaping practices, or design is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in business administration, horticulture, landscape architecture, or relevant field is advantageous.
