• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients• Conduct thorough legal research on complex immigration issues• Prepare comprehensive legal documents and written assignments• Collaborate in the preparation of immigration applications• Other duties as assigned

• Client-centric qualities and ability to maintain confidentiality• Proficiency in organizational skills and task prioritization• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving legal situations• Team collaboration and knowledge of office management systems• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred• Current enrollment in an accredited law school is required• Strong legal writing and research skills• Prior experience in immigration law is preferred• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel• Keyboarding and data entry proficiency• Previous experience working in a law office preferred• Must pass a national background check
