South32 provides you with 4 weeks paid time off. 12 weeks full-paid parental leave for primary carers and 2 weeks full-paid parental leave for secondary carers ABOUT THE ROLEThis role is a (Permanent) position from Hermosa Site (Patagonia, Az).As the (Lateral Development Coordinator), you will ensure that contractors mining crews will align with site environmental, health, safety, and loss control systems; promote a culture of fair and transparent relationships with not only contractor crews but the project team as well; ensure that proper training and continuous improvement are integrated into the project execution; perform various QA/QC roles such as data collection; assist with rock mass classification decisions; and perform other duties as assigned.Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Manage Contractors on a daily basis and ensure that work is always executed in a safe manner Ensure that project construction activities are completed in conformity with South32 policies, procedures and plans. Assist with preparation of Sourcing Strategies for majoir work packages as required Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports Implement Remedial recovery action plans as required About YouYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical Degree (Construction or Similar) and appropriate Trade qualifications.
