WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Landscaper and Grounds Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our facility maintenance team in the maintenance and beautification around our 700-acre facility.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal needs. Sweep, rake, and remove debris from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed, following safety protocols and regulations. Assist in the construction of landscape features, such as retaining walls, pathways, and flower beds. Maintain cleanliness and organization of landscaping storage areas and equipment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Required: Must have experience weed eating and mowing grass. Must be 18+ years of age. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Work 8 10-hour shifts Monday Friday. 30 hours per week. Working Additions: Work may involve bending, stooping, lifting heavy objects, and operating machinery in outdoor environments. Exposure to sun, heat, rain, and other outdoor elements is to be expected.
