Job summary
GreenEarth Midwest is seeking an energetic and motivated Operations Coordinator.Responsibilities include managing scheduling, materials, and issues in the Aspire Software system.The Operations Coordinator will work alongside the Operations Manager to achieve profit goals.

Responsibilities
• Understand and manage scheduling, materials, and issues in the Aspire Software system.• Participate in weekly meetings to provide revenue and man-hour projections.• Manage the schedule daily and at least 30 days in advance.• Work alongside the Operations Manager to maintain a high retention rate.• Produce a departmental GPM to achieve profit goals.• Maintain a clean driving record and provide a copy of a DMV Driving Record.• Pre-employment drug test required.• Joining the GreenEarth Team offers a thriving team culture and incentives such as holiday pay and PTO.• Must have a strong work ethic and oral and written communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.• Minimum of 2 years of landscape management experience required.• Previous Account Manager experience preferred.• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of Landscape Management Experience.• Previous Account Manager Experience Preferred.• Must have a current Driver's License.• Strong work ethic and oral and written communication skills.• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word proficient.• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or combination of education and experience.• Pre-employment drug test required along with a copy of DMV Driving Record that demonstrates a clean record.
