Join Landscape Renovations Inc., a company dedicated to designing, creating, installing, and managing exceptional landscapes that enrich our client's lives. We are currently seeking skilled Landscape Foremen to join our team in the Spring. As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a vital role in our company, contributing significantly to the success of our projects. You will be responsible for the construction of new outdoor areas, maintaining existing grounds, and performing some administrative duties. This role requires a strong background in both hardscape and softscape installation. Qualifications Two or four-year degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Services, or related fields. MDA Pesticide Applicators License. NCMA SRW certified and ICPI Paver certification. One of the following certifications: MNLA Certified Landscape Professional or PLANET Landscape Industry Certified Technician-Exterior. At least 5 years of landscape experience as a crew leader. Ability to speak English and Spanish (Preferred). Irrigation experience (Preferred). Familiarity with the metro area (Preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks. Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow. Experience working with all aspects of landscaping. Time management skills. Compliance with all company policies and regulations. Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold. Responsibilities Operate concrete saws, track machines, and skid loaders safely and efficiently. Read landscape designs and install all materials according to custom design specifications. Ensure job site and crew safety at all times. Ensure equipment and company trucks are working properly. Drive company vehicles as assigned. Perform routine machine and truck maintenance. Assist with loading and unloading of materials. Interact professionally with clients and project managers. Foresee and resolve potential problems. Provide a safe and clean work environment. Work overtime as needed and some Saturdays. Participate in the snow team during the off season.
