Landscape Crew Supervisor

Wise Landscaping, a family-owned firm, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Crew Supervisor for our Dayton Branch. We specialize in commercial landscape maintenance, construction, and snow management across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, Ohio. As a Landscape Crew Supervisor, you will lead a small team of landscapers, ensuring the aesthetic appeal of our client properties throughout the year. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers. Oversee and participate in landscaping tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installation, cleanups, and weed spraying during Spring, Summer, and Fall. Manage and perform snow removal services using plow and salt trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders during Winter. Qualifications Proven experience as a skilled landscaper. Valid driver's license.
