Franjo Restoration located in Baldwin, PA is looking for a LABORER t o assist the Foreman on completion of projects. This is including, but not limited to demolition, construction, and all aspects of restoration. The Laborer will have general knowledge/ understanding of the work to ensure a safe and successful project. This position will report directly to the Foreman and indirectly to the Production Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Part of On-Call rotation Report to foreman Timesheets Safety compliance Uniforms The employee is required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move 50 pounds or more. High noise level in the work environment and job sites is likely. COMPETENCIES: Follow Direction Self-Motivated Presentable appearance Willingness to learn REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Continuing education as requested High School Diploma or equivalent WORK AUTHORIZATION / SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Must comply with all required background and security clearances.
