Labor Relations Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner will support operations and provides HR advice to Business Managers on a range of complex labor relations issues and strategies.
Responsibilities: Support and coach management in the handling of human resource and labor relations issues Ensure compliance with US laws and regulations including policies, procedures, and contract compliance Prepare case exhibits and conduct and/or participate in settlement discussions or hearings Prepare informational training programs regarding union related topics, such as do's and don'ts, best practices, etc., handbooks/manuals, data analytic reports Support management during collective bargaining Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in human resources 5+ years of experience supporting labor relations within a unionized environment Excellent communication and ability to articulate complex solutions to issues to management within the organization.
