Full job description If you are a Research and Development professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Louisville, Kentucky location, you will be responsible for the everyday operations of the lab and will perform a variety of tests for product design verification and qualification. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Fabricate prototypes for new product development Test, screen, and optimize the design with feedback to engineers Diagnose malfunctioning products Make modifications and recommendations Test stand modifications and demo products Perform tests or experiments from specific standard instructions and records data for analysis Direct the activities and provide technical guidance to lab technicians WHO YOU ARE: You convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives. You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams. You are open to change and continue to learn and experience new opportunities. You research initiatives and try new approaches.
