Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Experience working in a controlled environment• Preferred: 1 year Hospital Based Phlebotomy Experience• Current License as a Laboratory Assistant or Laboratory Assistant Trainee• Knowledge of computer skills and data entry• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency with Windows-style applications and software packages• Strong interpersonal skills• Analytical skills• Problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently• Basic math skills• Ability to manage stress• Compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
