L&D Manager - Asap

A well-known food manufacturing company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to add to their growing learning and development team
This role will be supporting over 4000 employees all over Southern California with innovative learning and mentorship support
This is a hybrid role, with at least three days in the office and one day and the manufacturing facility.

Qualified candidates MUST have:
Over four years experience in learning and development, one year as a manager Designing, creating and implementing e-Learning content - Articulate360 or Alchemy Creator preferred Connecting with managers and leaders on building programs based on their needs Intermediate MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PP Able to coach leaders thru training programs Able to create with instructional design concepts Thrive in a team collbrative environment, self-managed and exceptional communication skills $115-125,000
