This role will support all of the current L&D initiatives, as well as assist with creating positive employee experiences through various current & new benefits and wellness programs.This is a brilliant opportunity to help Lycopodium on our journey to developing a culture of continuous learning and career pathways, whilst also ensuring our people have positive workplace experiences that results in a highly engaged workforce.The tasks you'll performChampion the revamp of our Graduate Development Program (GDP) domestically, monitoring and supporting the professional development of the graduates. Conduct new employee inductions, providing a comprehensive introduction to the company and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to implement best-fit solutions based on the required training need. Maintain our current LMS system to ensure accurate and compliant e-learning for staff.Collaborate with SMEs to curate and update learning material on our learning platforms.Support the GM People & Culture and L&D team with existing benefits and wellness initiatives, and help to create new ideas that support a positive employee experience.The expertise you'll bringUniversity degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution, this role suits a recent Graduate.A positive approach to work and a clear passion for working within both the L&D and Employee Experience space.A motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow your corporate career.Exceptional computer skills covering everything from learning management systems, to design technologies (such as Canva) and MS products.A passionate people person committed to providing exceptional service at all times, with the ability to foster positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders,The benefits we'll provideLycopodium has a strong company culture focused on career progression and technical skill development.
