Road & Rail Services Transflo Customer Service Representative Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
Basic purpose of the position: Relative to inventory, product specifics, billing and scheduling of inbound and outbound movements of product and to maintain confidentiality in all matters.

Education Requirements: High School education or GED equivalent Experience Requirements: Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role preferred. Scale operations experience Familiarity with shipping software and systems (e.g., SAS). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Computer & Office experience Skills, Licenses, Certification, and/or Special Training: Meet and maintain all of the requirements contained in the Conditions of Employment policy Physical, Mental & Sensory Requirements: Ability to occasionally work in an outdoor environment, exposed to all weather elements, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, dust and noisy conditions Must be able to sit for extended periods of times Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to operate standard office equipment - computer, calculator telephones, fax, 2-way radios Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work independently Ability to multiple tasks Must be able to properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment Expectation: We expect all associates to be committed to a high standard of safety.
