Responsibilities
• Receive, review and process calls regarding property losses• Provide assistance to customers reporting accidents, storm damage, theft, etc.• Utilize active listening and effective communication skills• Navigate multiple systems and solve complex situations• Display compassion, empathy, and high service-aptitude
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent• Preferred 6 months-1 year of relevant work experience• Open availability during hours of operation• Must live within 50 miles of the Knoxville site
