Chick-fil-A Spring Stations is looking for a kitchen shift leader! Chick-fil-A is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at our new Springs Station location in the St. Matthews area. As a kitchen leader, you will have the chance to grow and develop in a brand new organization while receiving guidance and mentorship from Senior Leadership and the local Owner/Operator. What is a Team Leader: A Kitchen Team Leader at Chick-fil-A is someone who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces our culture, and has a servant's heart. They are passionate about people, have strong character, take initiative, and work with a sense of urgency. As a kitchen leader, you will assist the management team in all aspects of shift management to ensure that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the shift in the kitchen.
