Kitchen Shift Lead – The Heart of Blue Bayou's Culinary Family Blue Bayou, a new culinary jewel in the French Quarter of New Orleans, is opening this month and seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead, as well as experienced Kitchen Cooks and Expeditors. In this role, you'll not just lead a team, but become an integral part of a close-knit family that values each member's contribution to our shared culinary journey. Responsibilities: Spearhead kitchen operations with a blend of expertise and heartfelt passion.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role.
A ServSafe certification, reflecting your commitment to safety and excellence.
A deep understanding and appreciation of Creole, Cajun, and French culinary traditions.
