Job OverviewAssociate Title: Kitchen Crew Member
Compensation: Dependent upon experience
Location: 346 Connecticut St. Buffalo, NY 14213
Shift Requirement: Variable dependent on business levels
Hours: Minimum 24-40 hrs weekly with potential for overtime
Requirements
· Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
· Willingness to complete assigned tasks regardless of position i.e. grill, build station, dishwashing etc.
· Commitment to excellence in delivering the best experience and product to our guests
· Level headed and calm demeanor during high stress situations
· Ability to follow directions consistently
· Clear understanding of HACCP guidelines and health code requirements
· Open availability with scheduling. Willing to work all shifts / schedules including nights and weekends
· Ability to receive constructive criticism to help build skills for career development
· Willingness and desire to grow within the brand
· Ability to work with team members in a close contact environment
· Work closely with operations management team in the day to day operation of a multi outlet high volume restaurant
· Adhere to brand standards including quality controls, portion sizes and build methods
· Maintain a strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation while following HACCP and health department guidelines
· Maintain a clean and orderly environment through hard work and dedication to tasks.
· Must be 18 yrs of age or older
