Kinesiology Adjunct Faculty

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide student instruction from a Christian worldview for various undergraduate courses offered by the Exercise & Sport Science Division. Areas of study can include Structural Kinesiology, Prevention & Care of Athletic Injuries, Scientific Principles of Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Testing & Prescription, Motor Learning, and Research Methods.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Teach assigned coursesMentor and/or advise students both academically and spirituallyMaster's degree in teaching field requiredTerminal degree preferredTeaching experience preferredREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Possess knowledge of teaching fieldEffective in oral and written communicationDemonstrate excellent communication skills in the classroom and interpersonally with studentsDemonstrate organizational abilities in teaching and classroom managementPossess and communicate a Biblical worldview and integrate biblical principles into subject matterExemplify a biblical role model for students and colleaguesCollege classroom teaching experience preferredMicrosoft Office proficiency #LI-Onsite
Required Education: Master's Degree in teaching field required: Terminal degree preferred
Required Experience: 1-2 years related experience
