Compensation:

$110,000.00 to $125,000.00 yearly plus commission
Travel:

Up to 50%-70%

Responsibilities
Build and nurture string relationships with clients, retain and gain loyalty to our company and grow our relationship.
Acquire a though understanding of our customer's needs and requirements. Actively engage with customers, analyze their business and goals in order to identify solutions where we can create value through our solutions.
Manage and maintain business through CRM,
Establish new leads, grow the sales pipeline, and implement strategies to increase short and long term market penetration
Plan sales activity for the inside and outside sales team based on defined sales process to ensure that region meets or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annual sales goals
Develop and maintain good relationships with target customers throughout the organization including the top management level
Develop the business plans including sales planning/pipelines, daily/weekly activities, and collaborate with all other related functions to meet the assigned target or quota
Cross sell and up-sell across the line of businesses
Work closely and cohesively with various departments within the organization to achieve the sales results, customer satisfaction & company goals
Prepare presentation to the customers and proposals, liaise and attend meetings with clients, business associates and internal company staff of the various business units as required
Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly and as promised, be the voice of the customer internally.
Address any issues or problems faced by customers promptly and effectively, maintain trust and satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed sales goals in through the effective selling and marketing of company products to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives.

Requirements:

Qualifications
Prefer previous experience as a key account manager or previous experience in sales of maintenance and parts (MRO) services for standby generator sets, diesel engines or industrial electrical repairs.
Professional sales experience
Positive, outgoing and good at building loyal relations
Good negotiation skills to development Win-Win partnership with key account to maximize sales & profitability for the system
Aptitude in resolving challenges
Competence with MS Software suite products, MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and Dynamics CRM
Excellent written and verbal skills
High level of energy, proactive and a natural winning mentality
Daily travel 50-70% of time and with regular overnight travel.
