• Focused customer interaction and satisfaction• Maximize efficiency, revenue, and productivity• Support service department by managing schedule and ordering parts• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments• Review inspection reports and manage technician time• Maintain communication with customers regarding vehicle progress/status• Contribute ideas, thoughts, and suggestions for store business• Succeed in the job to meet customer service and time management standards• Perform multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail• Build and work as a team under pressure in a high-volume environment
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years of retail Customer Relations or Customer Service• 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry• Excellent customer service and time management skills• Maintain professional appearance and workspace• Strong attention to detail• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a team• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Must be a team player and adapt to operational procedures
