Our Kattcare Technicians are on-site to ensure products are installed correctly, the installer and end user are left feeling confident. In this role our Technicians are the face of Kattsafe, building partnerships with the installers and clients on each job site. These are trained technicians that are experienced in ensuring systems are installed correctly and efficiently by the installers. Job Requirements: Demonstrate a high level of personal drive and responsibility, discipline, determination, respect. Practical and experienced in typical construction methods, mechanically minded. Provide on-site installation support for fall protection and safe access systems. Provide instruction and assistance to demonstrate best practices to ensure that project is compliant with Kattsafe installation instructions and industry standards. An ability to learn more about the trade, the industry, and the markets we serve. Knowledge of fall protection and construction standards to ensure Kattsafe systems meet or exceed regulations Document the project accurately (incl. video/photo) and note any issues that require correction. Ensure all issues are corrected prior to final approval. Understand Kattsafe products and confidently advise the client. Evaluate additional hazards and provide recommendations utilizing High Five methodology. Recognize inferior products on-site and give recommendations to make the site safe and compliant. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, BS college or university degree preferred Valid drivers license required OSHA 30-hr certification preferred Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Ability to read understand construction drawings required Knowledgeable about industry standards (OSHA & ANSI) Ability to travel up to 75% of the year Bi-lingual a plus Compensation & Benefits: Generous base salary along with monthly bonus potential 401K company contribution Company vehicle provided Excellent healthcare options provided including packages at no cost to the employee Small Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) awarded based on performance Working Conditions:
