Mosaic Pediatric Therapy has an opening for a Junior Recruiter to join our central office team located in Charlotte, NC. The individual in this position is the first poitn of contact for any applicants. The Junior Recruiter is responsible for working to meet performance targets, review resumes, interview candidates, and work with hiring managers to meet the hiring and retention goals of the organization.
What you'll be responsible for: Identify ideal candidates to be considered through multiple sourcing methods Review resumes, selecting and scheduling applicants to phone screen Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements and prior experience Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and updated job post and candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
